✅ Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- It must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
To begin a return, please contact us at returns@luxeretrofinds.com.
Do not send your item back until you’ve received return authorization from us.
💵 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
🔁 Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.

🚚 Return Shipping
Unless the item was defective or sent in error, customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
