You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- It must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Do not send your item back until youβve received return authorization from us.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, weβll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5β10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
